What was the headphone slide about in Mental Models?

I was emailed this question and imagine that more than one person are wondering. That was the story of the research. People were told they were testing headphones by nodding or shaking their heads. At the end they were asked the seemingly irrelevant question, “Do you agree or disagree with what you heard?” Those who were asked to nod agreed. To shake, disagreed.
